Series-compliant preassembly of transmission components

Only parts deemed to be in perfect condition are used for series-compliant preassembly of transmission components, which is the reason why we offer a warranty on these parts. The preassembly process involves, for instance, preinstalling plain bearings or needle-roller bearings and other components into gear cases.
Our in-house tool and machine shop develops and builds the required fixtures and tools for preassembly. The outstanding results we achieve would not be possible without highly qualified employees and tools that are optimally adapted to process requirements.
