In addition to the dismantling of transmissions directly from the field, we also offer dismantling of bench-test failures. Bench-test failures are transmissions from series production which have not passed the various quality inspections prior to actual installation in passenger cars or trucks.
Among other things, Mack GmbH specializes in dismantling these new, non-fully functional units and recovering their valuable and to a large extent fully functional component parts undamaged. The reusable components recovered by dismantling are cleaned to remove oil and returned to the series production process.
